Whiting has a mild-flavored taste with a firm texture. It has a white color. In addition to bone in, Channel Seafoods International offers frozen skinless, boneless, chemical free, fillets in excellent condition. Our whiting fillet products are layer packed. The seasonality is year-round. It is wild caught; using the bottom otter trawls method. There are a variety of cooking methods for whiting: baking, broiling, frying, or sauteing.
Serving Suggestions:
Whiting Fillets can be with white or jasmine rice and stir-fried mixed vegetables like broccoli, mushrooms and snow peas.

Defrost before cooking. To defrost product, keep in refrigerator overnight, or place under cold running water.

Keep product frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze product.
