Squid Tubes has a mild, subtle sweet taste with a firm and meaty texture. The meat has an opaque white color. Channel Seafoods International offers frozen tubes only squid in excellent condition. Our squid products are individually quick frozen (IQF) and packed in bulks. The seasonality varies around May through November. It is wild caught, using the hand lines method. There are a variety of cooking methods for squid: baking, frying, grilling, or steaming.
Squid can be stuffed with chorizo sausages and feta cheese.
Defrost before cooking. To defrost product, keep in refrigerator overnight, or place under cold running water.
Keep product frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze product.
