Squid Steaks has a mild and a subtle sweetness taste with a firm and meaty texture. The meat has an opaque white color. Channel Seafoods International offers frozen boneless squid steaks in excellent condition. Our squid products are individually quick frozen (IQF). The seasonality varies around August through October. It is wild caught, using the hand lines method. There are two cooking methods for squid steaks: skillet or grilling.
Serving Suggestions:
Squid steaks can be served with Mediterranean salsa or with lemon butter and parsley.
Defrosting:
Defrost before cooking. To defrost product, keep in refrigerator overnight, or place under cold running water.
Safe Handling:
Keep product frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze product.
