Channel’s skinless snapper fillets have a mildly sweet yet distinctive taste with a firm and moist texture. It has a pinkish/yellowish color. Channel Seafoods International offers frozen, bone in, skin on, skin-off and tail on whole fish snapper in excellent condition. Our snapper products are individually wrapped packed (IWP) and packed in bulks. Our frozen skinless fillets are portion and natural cut and excellent for retail and food service customers. The seasonality varies around March through May and October through December. These snappers are caught using hand/ pole lines. There are a variety of cooking methods for these skinless snapper: broiling, grilling, or sauteing.
Serving Suggestions:
Skinless snapper fillets can be prepared and seasoned a number of ways including-over a bed of pasta, a Caesar salad, or grilled with a flavorful sauce and avocado then served on a brioche bun-are just a few examples of how to enjoy these skinless fillets.
Defrosting:
Defrost before cooking. To defrost product, keep in refrigerator overnight, or place under cold running water.
Safe Handling:
Keep product frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze product.
