Salmon has a mild taste with a meaty and firm texture. It has a pinkish orange color. Channel Seafoods International offers frozen, skinless/boneless portions in excellent condition. Our salmon portions products are individually vacuumed packed (IVP). The seasonality varies around June through October. It is wild caught, using the gillnetting, purse seining, and trawling methods. There are a variety of cooking methods for salmon portions: baking, grilling, or sautéing.

DO NOT THAW THIS PRODUCT COMPLETELY BEFORE COOKING.
COOK FROM FROZEN OR PARTIALLY FROZEN STATE.
Serving Suggestions:
Salmon portions can be served with a salad, any vegetables, potatoes, and rice. Also salmon can be served as a sashimi or a sushi dish.
Defrosting:
Defrost before cooking. To defrost product, keep in refrigerator overnight, or place under cold running water.
Safe Handling:
Keep product frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze product.
