Salmon fillet has a mild taste with a meaty and firm texture. It has a pinkish orange color. Channel Seafoods International offers frozen, boneless, skin on fillets in excellent condition. Our salmon fillet products are cut in a trim C cut. The seasonality varies around June through October. It is wild caught, using the gillnetting, purse seining, and trawling methods. There are a variety of cooking methods for salmon fillets: baking, grilling, or sautéing.

COOK FROM FROZEN OR PARTIALLY FROZEN STATE.
Salmon fillets can be served with a salad, any vegetables, potatoes, and rice. Also salmon can be served as a sashimi or a sushi dish.
Defrost before cooking. To defrost product, keep in refrigerator overnight, or place under cold running water.
Keep product frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze product.
