Salted Pollock fillet has a mild taste with a firm, slightly coarse texture. It has a creamy tan color. Channel Seafoods International offers frozen, skinless/boneless fillets in excellent condition. Our salted Pollock fillet products are packed in retail ready bags. The seasonality varies around October through March. It is wild caught, using the otter trawling method. There are a variety of cooking methods for salted Pollock: baking, broiling, frying, steaming, or sautéing.
Salted Pollock fillets can be braised with garlic and white wine. It can also be served with chorizo and rice.
Defrost before cooking. To defrost product, keep in refrigerator overnight, or place under cold running water.
Keep product frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze product.
