Oyster Meat has a crisp, creaminess taste with a very plump and meaty texture. It has a creamy white color. Channel Seafoods International offers frozen shell off oyster meat in excellent condition. Our oyster meat products are individually quick frozen (IQF). The seasonality is year-round. It is farm-raised, using the sea bed method. There are a variety of cooking methods for oysters: baking, frying, grilling, steaming, or sautéing.
Oysters can be served in a stew or chowder.
Defrost before cooking. To defrost product, keep in refrigerator overnight, or place under cold running water.
Keep product frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze product.
