Baby Octopus has a mild taste with a meaty texture. It has a gray to brown, white to pink-purple color. Channel Seafoods International offers frozen octopus in blocks in excellent condition. Baby Octopus can be marinated and then grilled, served with a touch of squeezed lemon juice on the side.
