Kingfish has a mild taste with a delicate texture. It can be seen in a darker off white color. Channel Seafoods International offers frozen, frozen bones in, skin on, and tail on whole fish in excellent condition. Our kingfish products are individually wrapped packed (IWP) in bulks. The seasonality is year-round. It is wild caught, using the hand lines and pole lines methods. There are three cooking methods for kingfish: baking, frying, or grilling.
Kingfish can be served with a tossed salad, rice, mash potatoes, or steamed vegetables.
Defrost before cooking. To defrost product, keep in refrigerator overnight, or place under cold running water.
Keep product frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze product.
