Crawfish has a sweet taste with a firm texture. It has a clean white color. Channel Seafoods International offers crawfish frozen with shell and tail on in excellent condition. Our crawfish products are seasoned with Cajun seasoning. The seasonality varies around March through June. It is wild caught, using the bait and trap methods. There are a variety of cooking methods for crawfish: boiling, simmering, or sautéing.
Serving Suggestions:
Crawfish Cajun can be served with wedges of lemon, potatoes, and corn.
Defrosting:
Defrost before cooking. To defrost product, keep in refrigerator overnight, or place under cold running water.
Safe Handling:
Keep product frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze product.
