Alligator meat has a mild taste with a firm texture. It has white meat color. Alligator is an excellent source of high quality protein and can be used in a variety of preparations. Channel Seafoods International offers frozen, skinless/boneless meat in excellent condition. Our alligator product is individually vacuumed packed (IVP). The seasonality is year-round. It is farm-raised, using farm harvesting method. There are a variety of cooking methods for alligator: deep frying, grilling, frying, or sautéing.
Alligator can be served as an appetizer as fried with any flavorful dipping sauce and French fries. It can also be served on a bed of rice and any favorable side.
Defrost before cooking. To defrost product, keep in refrigerator overnight, or place under cold running water.
Keep product frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze product.
