Mahi has a sweet and mild taste with a fairly firm texture. It has a pinkish to a grayish white color. Channel Seafoods International offers frozen, skinless/boneless fillets in excellent condition. Our mahi fillets are individually vacuumed packed (IVP). The seasonality is year-round. It is wild caught, using the hook line method. There are a variety of cooking methods for mahi: baking, broiling, frying, grilling, or sautéing.
Mahi can be served with rice, mash potatoes, steamed vegetables, or beans.
Defrost before cooking. To defrost product, keep in refrigerator overnight, or place under cold running water.
Keep product frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze product.
