Kingfish Steaks has a mild taste with a firm texture. It can be seen in a pinkish orange color. Channel Seafoods International offers frozen, bones in and skin on steaks in excellent condition. Our kingfish steak products are individually vacuumed packed (IVP) in bulks. The seasonality is year-round. It is wild caught, using the hand lines and pole lines methods. There are a variety of cooking methods for kingfish steaks: baking, broiling, grilling, frying, or sautéing.
Kingfish Steaks can be served with a tossed salad, rice, mash potatoes, or steamed vegetables.
Defrost before cooking. To defrost product, keep in refrigerator overnight, or place under cold running water.
Keep product frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze product.
